On 23rd July 2025, a group of teachers and students from the KEMAS Functional Literacy Education (PLF 2.0 Class), led by Cikgu Syamsi visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum. The students were older adults currently learning to read and write through a literacy programme that promotes lifelong learning.




On 17th July 2025, Puan Setiah Abdullah and Puan Alfiah Ali, both former community nurses who served in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Lau King Howe Hospital, visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum. Puan Setiah served from 1984 to 1990, while Puan Alfiah served from 1985 to 1994. During their visit, they recalled their time at the hospital and shared their experiences. One of the most memorable events was their involvement in the delivery of female conjoined twins in 1984.

On 8th July 2025, a group of visitors from Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM), led by Sister Siew Yee, visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum.


On 24th June 2025, Madam Weena Lee Nyak Chin, a former graduate midwife nurse, served at Lau King Howe Hospital from 1967 to 1969, dedicating two years of service. In 1986, just before her retirement, she returned to serve as a Community Nurse for another six months. Now 75 years old, she returned to visit the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum—a place filled with cherished memories from her nursing journey.

On 12th June 2025, four monks from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore led by the Sibu Buddhist Association visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum.


On 6th June 2025, a group of visitors from Indonesia, led by Mr. Robert Kiu, visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum.


On 30th May 2025, a group of visitors from the Malaysian Chinese Association, Kuala Lumpur, led by Mr. Wong Hua, visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum. After the visit, Mr. John Ting, the manager, presented souvenirs to the visitors.


On 23rd May 2025, a group of students and teachers from CBC Learning Center, Sibu visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum.


On 14th May 2025, a group of visitors from PERKEP IPD, Sibu visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum.


On 3rd May 2025, Mr. Mozzi De Souza, now 63 years old, visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum. He served as a laboratory technologist at the hospital in 1982. Seeing the familiar laboratory equipment brought back fond memories of his years of service.


On 3rd May 2025, Puan Bakti Sarkawi, a former staff nurse, served at Lau King Howe Hospital from 1977 to 1984, dedicating seven years of service before being transferred to Kuching. Now 73 years old, she returned to visit the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum.

On 26th April 2025, a group of visitors from B & P Ministries, KL visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum.


On 23rd April 2025, a group of students and teachers from Samarahan who were in Sibu for a volleyball competition visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum.


On 24th February 2025, three staff members from the Sarawak Museum Department, led by Tuan Ade Firman, conducted a periodic inspection at the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum. After the visit, Mr. John Ting, as the manager, presented souvenirs to the staff members.


On 22nd February 2025, Mr. Liu Ning Feng and Mr. Liu Meng from China, accompanied by the association secretary, Mr. Lau Kim Foo, visited the Lau King Howe Hospital Memorial Museum. After the visit, Mr. John Ting, as the manager, presented souvenirs to the visitors.
